We will get through this together
Dear Generation Mobility and Authentigration Community,
As health care officials, governments, communities, schools, etc. respond to the rapid spread of COVID-19, uncertainty, anxiety and at times panic increases. Most of the Generation Mobility Community live outside of their home country for different reasons. Also, many are away from their family and friends. Worry, anxiety, sadness, and loneliness are just some of the emotions we may be experiencing during these extreme circumstances.
On behalf of Generation Mobility, I am sending this to all who are affected during this turbulent time. We know that you may be feeling isolated and worried about what will happen and how you and your family, friends or colleagues will cope with rapid changes. We understand; as many of us are experiencing the same rollercoaster of emotions.
It is important during this time to stay emotionally healthy and engaged at home; balancing your mental and physical health. This may be easier said than done. So we want to help and take action!
Over the next 4 weeks, Generation Mobility will host FREE webinars on its platform.
Tuesdays will be a day for activities where professionals from around the world will lead webinars appropriate for the entire family. For example, yoga, guitar lessons, cooking lessons, etc.
Thursdays, we will have global professionals including physicians, psychologists, family therapists, etc. leading webinars on coping with anxiety, depression, loneliness, change, etc.
We want to hear from YOU on how we can support you during this time. Feel free to send any follow-up questions, suggestions for webinars or ideas on how to better serve our community. Please contact me directly at Alicia@genm.global.
Take care and stay safe — we’ll get through this together.
